Clarence Williams

Clarence Williams’  experience includes his success as a Senior Event Business Manager at the Carol H. Williams Advertising Agency.  While there, he developed, implemented, and budgeted business-to-business and business-to-consumer promotions, provided leadership to support new client partnerships, sponsor, and promotion implementation, and provided tactical planning for applications in consumer and trade sales promotions.  He was also in leadership positions at Kraft Foods, Warner-Lambert, and Joseph E. Seagrams. His previous engineering experiences with Dow Chemical Company also have shown a significant value in his Advertising and Event profession.

William Penn

William Penn is committed to entrepreneurship, as exemplified by his efforts in the field. Penn is the Co-Founder of Penn Square Associates. He has also taught entrepreneurship and marketing. He is part of the Illinois Institute of Technology Board of Advisors for the Knapp Center. Penn was part of the Blue 1647 management community that designs ways in which creative entrepreneurs, professionals, change-makers, and nonprofits come together to make meaningful, lasting impacts while providing critical input on The City of Chicago Technology Plan. He has two decades of ad agency and consulting experience and has evaluated opportunities to grow national account revenues. He has been charged with increasing enterprise customers, agency relationships, and revenue within the firm’s ecosystem. He has managed cohesive relationships with key agency partners, including C-Level agency executives, internal senior investment teams, national accounts teams, and other internal stakeholders.
